Yes! We are able to ship outside of the United States. Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
We ask that you please allow five business days for orders to ship. However, depending on demand it could take up to 14 business days to process, although this is extremely rare. If there is a special request, shipping times could vary.
If a delay of any kind is expected, you will be emailed at the address provided. We aim to ship as quickly as possible and most orders are mailed via USPS.
Nope! All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of contents. Your surprises and spice level stays private.
If you want to ensure you don't get a book you already own, you may link your GoodReads profile in the notes or attach your Amazon wishlist. We can not guarantee you will not get a duplicate without doing this. We do not accept returns or replacements on duplicate books.
If you have placed an order that has NOT been shipped, you may request a refund for any reason. Refunds can not be honored for orders that have been shipped.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect on our part, a replacement may be sent to you free of charge. Replacements can be only be sent one time and must be reported within one week of receiving your book box.
Refunds/Replacements can not be honored due to the incorrect box being ordered. Please order carefully to ensure you get the box you would like.
Receiving a book you already own does not warrant a return or replacement if you did not link a wishlist.
To initiate a refund or replacement, please send your request including the reason for refund/replacement to andrea@dream-pages.com.
